For working parents, time is their biggest concern. How can they improve their productivity, not just in the workplace but in the home space as well? They don’t want to spend their free time researching, scouring google, or sorting through every blog to determine what is best for them. They need actionable steps and advice.

PROGRAMS:

  • Subscription: A company benefit offering. A program that gives employees access to individualized support. As employees try to juggle the work-life balance, having this company benefit leads to increased productivity, sanity, and employee satisfaction.

  • On-site speaker series : I have read the books, I have scoured the articles and have the practical experience of a mom mixed with the medical knowledge of a clinician. I present information into bite sized options, or broader programming, depending on the audience. 

  • 1:1 Time: Similar to the subscription services, this is an opportunity for employees to have their questions addressed at a set aside time. I come into the workplace and create 20-30 min blocks for people to sign up 1:1 time. (think similar to having a masseuse come into the office and set up shop for the day).
